The purchased product must be returned within fifteen days of purchase, as long as it is in its original condition, unused (beyond the test), and contains all the accessories of its original packaging.
Product prices include VAT 24% and can be changed at any time. In no case, however, do they change after the purchase. That is, even if the prices are adjusted, the products you have already ordered will be received at the price that was valid at the time of the order.
The store reserves the right to change these terms whenever necessary.
Returns
The return of the product is free from all over Greece if it is done within 15 days from the date of receipt.
Change due to product defect or design error. When sending each order, our store checks the products for any defective parts or parts of them. However, in case you receive a problematic product or the product is not what you ordered, you have the right to replace it, completely free of charge.
In case of refund resulting from the purchase of a product, only the value of the product is refunded and not the shipping and cash on delivery.
Prerequisite for the return of the product is:
